Material selection
We select timber for stability, grain and the demands of each component. Stone, metal, cane and textiles are specified for the way they will be touched and maintained.
Prototyping
Critical pieces are tested at full scale. Seat pitch, edge profiles, clearances and joinery are resolved before a production drawing is released.
Skilled making
Our partner workshops combine calibrated machinery with hand fitting, weaving, upholstery and finishing. Quality checks are documented at defined hold points.
Finishing & care
We favour repairable oils, waxes and robust low-VOC systems where appropriate. Every delivery includes practical care guidance.
