Our standard cover

Unless your quotation says otherwise, structural joinery in residential furniture is covered for five years from delivery. Upholstery workmanship and hardware are covered for twelve months.

• Repair or replacement is determined after inspection.
• The original purchaser and delivery address must be verifiable.
• Proof of reasonable care may be requested.

What is not a defect

Variation in timber grain, stone veining, hand-applied colour and natural leather is expected. Solid wood moves subtly with seasonal humidity.

• Normal wear, dents, scratches and fabric pilling.
• Sunlight, heat, moisture, pests or unsuitable cleaning products.
• Commercial use unless it was declared and specified.
• Unauthorised repairs, relocation damage or structural alteration.

Making a claim

Email clear photographs, the order reference, delivery address and a concise description. We acknowledge claims within two working days and arrange inspection where needed.
