Returns & cancellations

Before production

A quotation is not an order until accepted under its stated terms. Cancellation rules and any design-fee treatment are shown before acceptance.

After approval

Once materials are committed or production begins, made-to-order and customised pieces cannot usually be cancelled or returned for preference, fit or colour variation within the approved sample tolerance.

• Report visible delivery damage immediately.
• Notify us of a suspected manufacturing defect within seven days with photographs.
• Do not arrange third-party repair before we inspect or authorise it.

Standard accessories

Where a product is identified in writing as an unused, returnable stock item, return eligibility, inspection and reverse-logistics charges will be confirmed before collection.
