- Measure doorways, stairs, lifts and turning spaces.
- Tell us about restricted access, parking rules or society permissions.
- Ensure the installation area is clear and protected.
White-glove placement
Our quoted service may include specialist transport, unpacking, assembly, placement and removal of protective packaging. The exact scope appears on your quotation.
- A responsible adult must be present.
- Wall fixing and electrical work are excluded unless written into the quote.
- Damage or shortages should be recorded on the delivery note before sign-off.
Service area and charges
Charges depend on distance, access, crew requirements and piece size. Remote deliveries may use a vetted specialist partner and different service terms.
